Have any fans of the Stitch Head books by Guy Bass? Treat them to this duo of activities relating to the first book in the series. One of the activities is a wordsearch, with 40 words / terms to find, and which includes some decorative images to entertain the kids as they work through it. Treat your students to a wonderful little bundle of resources in the run up to the annually celebrated holiday of Halloween. The wordsearch contains 35-related terms which will get many conversations going. TWELVE quality wordsearch puzzles (in a zip file) based on key terms from six Roald Dahl Books: Fantastic Mr Fox; George’s Marvellous Medicine; James and the Giant Peach; Matilda; The Magic Finger; The Twits. 10-word and 30-word wordsearches for each story.
